I am passionate about Books. I can remember when I first realized I was beginning to recognize words at the age of three and thinking I know that word. I was one of the ah-ha moments. Other really fond childhood memories are picking out books from the Scholastic Reading Order form, going to the library and browsing for new picks, and bedtime reading sessions. My father devoured newspapers and books. My mother enjoyed mountains of magazines and cookbooks. They were both readers…how could I not be? Books have been an escape, an education, and a friend.
