Are you over run by paper goods? I seems like everytime you need paper products you buy a new stack and then those few unused ones linger. But you can’t throw out the handful. They are still good. What’s a hostess to do, used mixed paper goods the next time that holiday rolls around? Well, yes. There’s nothing wrong with mixing up the patterns and using odds and ends. They are great for wrapping up to-go plates. AND I used plates from the last couple of years to plate up the cakes I made for households for Thanksgiving this year. I keep a stack of left over paper goods on a shelf and when that holdiay rolls around and someone pops by unexpected during that particular season, then I have something cheerful on hand. Yesterday I used paper plates to pack up goodies. They are off my shelf; the recipient isn’t left with a plate to wash or wondering if I want it back; and they are festive. So simple.
